The island’s monsoonal sub-equatorial climate is characterized by distinct rainy (June to September) and dry (October to May) seasons. The average temperature is around 28°C, while April and May are the hottest months, with the temperature reaching 35°C.

In March and April, the temperature and humidity are a bit higher and the monsoon season starts in June. If your looking at scuba diving during your visit to Phu Quoc, the best months are from November through to April when rainfall and cloud cover are lower than the rain swept monsoon season.
